Our Return Policy
At Buabed Banafa Perfumes Ind., we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you received them.
Unopened items in perfect condition: We are happy to offer a full refund on any products returned to us in perfect condition,
within 15 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Shipping charges are non-refundable. Free return shipping is not provided. No returns are accepted over 15 days. We only accept returns of the products we sell directly to you. We will cover the cost of a products return as long as the product was originally shipped to you free of charge. Priority shipping charges are non-refundable. If we suspect you’re abusing the return policy (for example by returning products on multiple occasions or on a seasonal basis), we reserve the right to refuse your return.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Buabed Banafa Perfumes Ind., takes no responsibility for lost Goods and the Customer will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.
Easy Return & Exchange Process:
1. Email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to refund or request an exchange.
2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form
3. The refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the item you requested in your exchanged form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
